Our Lighthouse Youth Group meets weekly for fun worship, growing in spiritual truth, special events, helping out in all kinds of great ways, and many, many games!
Teenagers ROCK! That's just a fact.
We are totally proud of their kindness, their skills with helping kids, and their training in the video ministry!

This is a small group men's Bible study led by Patrick Duckett and Ken Kapreilian in the Fellowship Hall. We are enjoying a brief video series by Dr. David Jeremiah on Joy, focused on the book of Ecclesiastes.
Just join in, bring you Bible, even bring some food to share, and let iron sharpen iron!
Savor the firstfruits and sizzling spiced delicacies hittin' the grill this year at our Lighthouse Church BBQ!
It's time to just get together and have some fun!
We have a jumpy house, face painting with Kelly, games with Rick, intriguing board games with Ben, volleyball for all, a sand zone with fun toys and of course, a fabulous BBQ run by Jack Diego!
Thanks to all of you who have already thoughtfully volunteered to bring something to share! If you haven’t yet, please do so at this link (which even sends you an email reminder!) https://mealtrain.com/k3kerr

If you would like to be a table hostess and set a table with your supplies of linens & china and a centerpiece, please contact Donna or Denise.
Each woman brings a tea cup to use (and maybe tell why it is special to you). Bring a wrapped ornament to trade in our traditional ornament exchange!

Lighthouse Church Youth Group Retreat!
Our Youth Team is headed to The Oaks for a well-deserved time to connect with God in new ways and discover more of who they are meant to be. It is scheduled 2/16/18 - 2/19/18.
Tacos, nachos and desserts were on sale last Sunday, and what a delicious fundraiser it was! Thanks to the amazing mothers for such lovely desserts, and special thanks to Julian for the barbecued carne asada. Last but not least, thank you so very much for your fine support!
To scholarship one or more students, please contact Katy.
Pray for and encourage our great youth - just ask them what they're up to if you don't yet realize how awesome they are! They don't brag, but one is a great Bible apologist on Facebook, another is a police cadet, and another is in CERT community disaster training with the Fire Department! And I'm just getting started...to put it mildly, they ROCK!
Bring your friends and neighbors this Sunday to enjoy a fabulous taco. nacho and dessert fundraiser feast! Why not order a family meal to take home for dinner too? Buy a meal to surprise a friend! No matter how you do it - all funds go to support our awesome youth group on their winter retreat next week. Generosity never tasted so good!
I hear there will be games led by the youth, too. Get ready for some fun!
Sunday, February 11, 2018 in the Fellowship Hall: 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
Wonder and amazement magnify our worship on Christmas Eve for the morning service. Presents? Banquets? They surely have a place...but it all can be set aside for this precious time to celebrate and honor our Savior's birth! It is sacred! Be Blessed! And may we be blessings to those around us.
Our Lighthouse Christmas Celebration is a dressy event to which you are welcome to invite friends, enjoy a dazzling array of desserts and savories, socialize, sing carols, bless the kids who present, and delight in the holy focus of this special occasion. You won't want to miss this one!

"Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer."
This is a wonderful opener to a bustling holiday season! Women gather together for a cozy evening to enjoy homemade soups provided by those who enjoy sharing their fabulous recipes! If you are a willing chef du jour, please let Donna know what you would like to prepare so we can ensure a variety and plan appropriately. As you savor the soups, sit back in fellowship and enjoy a special message.
