In May of 2018, Pastor Jerry stepped into the role of senior pastor at Lighthouse Christian Church Novato. Formerly the pastor of aCross Marin Fellowship, Pastor Jerry played a vital role in blending Open Door Christian Church and aCross Marin into this unified congregation. Pastor Jerry has a huge heart for the church and the greater community it serves. From in-depth biblical sermons, to daily prayer & intercession, to engagement in all church activities, Pastor Jerry devotes his time and energy to spreading the Gospel, encouraging spiritual growth, and ministering to those in need. He exudes the joy of the Lord, and he is committed to bringing excellence for the things of the Kingdom. Pastor Jerry is honored to serve and to partner with Lighthouse members to bring the light of Christ to the Bay Area and beyond.

Pastor Pat McCornack accepted the role of associate pastor in January of 2019. Formerly the head worship pastor for Lighthouse Christian Church and Open Door Christian Church before that, Pastor Pat has served this community for years with humility, wisdom, and passion. Pat is quick to engage others with humor and kindness, and he is committed to stewarding his faith in a way that inspires others. The Lighthouse is grateful for Pastor Pat's excellent ownership of various church programs and facilities as well as his conviction & commitment to the church's mission.
